What you will do

As a dedicated Customer Service Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in providing top-notch customer service. Here is what's waiting for you:

  1. Focusing diligently on voice & non-voice channels to swiftly address customer queries and take ownership of their concerns.
  2. Striking the perfect balance between customer requirements and business objectives, showcasing your skills in sales and marketing techniques.
  3. Expertly articulating and presenting information about our products while professionally managing high inquiry volumes.
  4. Embracing accountability for individual KPIs and working cohesively towards team goals.
  5. Mastering business strategies to enhance customer services, guiding clients toward efficient self-service solutions.
  6. Proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements and actively collaborating with our Team Leaders and Managers.
  7. Upholding the utmost integrity and confidentiality standards by safeguarding customer information at all times.
Job Requirements

  1. Strong proficiency in ENGLISH (C1) giving you a chance to showcase your language skills.
  2. 1 year experience in Customer Service and financial industry is a must.
  3. Good command of English or Bahasa Malaysia to round out your communication abilities.
  4. Previous experience in a contact centre or customer service role? That's a big plus
  5. A minimum DIPLOMA qualification, showing that you have the fundamentals in place.
