As a dedicated Customer Service Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in providing top-notch customer service. Here is what's waiting for you:
- Focusing diligently on voice & non-voice channels to swiftly address customer queries and take ownership of their concerns.
- Striking the perfect balance between customer requirements and business objectives, showcasing your skills in sales and marketing techniques.
- Expertly articulating and presenting information about our products while professionally managing high inquiry volumes.
- Embracing accountability for individual KPIs and working cohesively towards team goals.
- Mastering business strategies to enhance customer services, guiding clients toward efficient self-service solutions.
- Proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements and actively collaborating with our Team Leaders and Managers.
- Upholding the utmost integrity and confidentiality standards by safeguarding customer information at all times.
Who you are

- Strong proficiency in ENGLISH (C1) giving you a chance to showcase your language skills.
- 1 year experience in Customer Service and financial industry is a must.
- Good command of English or Bahasa Malaysia to round out your communication abilities.
- Previous experience in a contact centre or customer service role? That's a big plus
- A minimum DIPLOMA qualification, showing that you have the fundamentals in place.
