About the Role:

Delima Kinta in Perak invites applications for a Customer Experience Manager position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • This role involves attending to customers' daily service needs in compliance with SST procedures.
  • Scheduling service appointments and greeting customers are critical duties.
  • The ideal candidate will write service orders and describe problems and repairs.
  • Promoting service and parts sales is a key performance indicator.
  • Executing CSI-related tasks and responsibilities is a vital aspect of the job.
  • Coordinating with Foreman and Job Controller on work progress is essential.
  • Resolving customer complaints and maintaining high customer satisfaction standards is crucial.
Requirements:
  • A Diploma or equivalent qualification in Automotive/Mechanical, Business Studies/Administration/Management, or others.
  • At least one year of experience in automotive or related business.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency is necessary.
  • A team player with a positive attitude is sought after.
  • Multitasking and excellent communication and customer service skills are required.
  • English and Bahasa Malaysia fluency is essential; Chinese proficiency is an advantage.
  • Basic technical knowledge and skills are expected.
  • Setia Alam as the workplace is a requirement.
  • Candidate must hold a Junior Executive position specialising in Customer Service or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in Automotive Service Advisory is beneficial.
