Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Collateral Management team as a Global Support Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for providing daily operations support to ensure all controls are carried out accordingly as required. This will allow additional layers of control to prevent Operational Loss, Reputational Risk, etc.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing primary contact for the business and clients for escalation issues.
  • Ensuring all dispute processes are aligned globally to mitigate risk and gain on efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will also need to have a good understanding of financial markets and products, as well as experience working in a fast-paced environment.
