**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger management. You will also prepare accurate and timely financial statements and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal policies.

**Key Responsibilities**

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger management.
  • Preparing accurate and timely financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
  • Analyzing financial data and providing insights to support business strategy and decision-making.
  • Managing the month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Supervising and mentoring the accounting team to drive efficiency and accuracy.
  • Liaising with bankers, external auditors, and tax authorities as required.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or CPA).
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar Accounts Manager or senior accounting role.
  • Strong technical accounting skills and a thorough understanding of financial reporting standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • A proactive, self-initiative, and detail-oriented approach.
