This role is for a night shift team leader responsible for leading a team to deliver high-quality customer service and support our growth and customer experience. The role requires developing and maintaining effective and professional customer relationships, supporting account management and transaction processing, providing product and technical support, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
The Opportunity
- Develop and maintain effective and professional customer relationships.
- Support account management and transaction processing.
- Provide product and technical support as it relates to customer transactions, customer feedback, and other requests.
- Liaise with internal and external customer/stakeholders to ensure contractual obligations are achieved and agreed service standards are met.
- Respond to customer queries and resolve issues according to customer agreements and processes.
- Lead teams to achieve operational goals and objectives, requiring specialist experience in the work function.
What You'll Need To Succeed
- 2+ years in Freight Forwarding (Sea and Air Freight). Air optional.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in account management, transaction processing, and technical/product support.
- Leadership experience in team management.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
