C.H. Robinson is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Process Improvement Manager to lead quality control, improvement, and implementation of process initiatives across the operations in a Global Forwarding branch.
This role will have accountability for continuous improvement to meet all operational standards driven by the broader Regional Operations program as well as branch and regional specific initiatives assigned. This includes measuring performance, developing branch improvement plans, driving structure and process uniformity and collaboration and input on global, regional and branch initiatives.
- Audit operational branch employees to SOPs and checklists to ensure adherence to established guidelines.
- Create and deploy intensive and structured plans to develop new hires, providing them with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Represent progress, status, and suggested adjustments for internal process improvement measures to stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a strong modal product knowledge and experience working in a similar environment. Additionally, they should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
