Key Responsibilities:
  • We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to manage our Regional office, ensuring quality for Operation & Maintenance (O&M) activities across all related Customer's sites and associated Utilities plant or Facilities (UPF).
  • This role requires excellent communication and analytical skills to work with all levels of stakeholders, including Customers and Company headquarters.
  • You will lead a team of site managers, responsible for monitoring the quality of O&M team services delivered, achieving service levels and UPF performances, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • In addition to managing site teams, you will also be responsible for preparing annual budgets and reforecasts, controlling actual O&M activities expenses compliance with the budgets, and performing financial quarterly reviews.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • 10 - 12 years of experience in Operation & Maintenance, exposed to Mechanical & Electrical systems, instrumentation, Air conditioning-ventilation, chilled water, thermal heater, compressed air production and distribution systems, SCADA systems at diverse client/ site locations.
  • Excellent leadership skills to lead team members and drive productivity improvements.
  • Ability to learn new skills and adapt to dynamic and demanding situations.
