Job Description

AIA Shared Services is seeking an experienced Director of Operational Excellence to lead the transformation of our operational processes, ensuring they are efficient, effective, and aligned with our business objectives. This role will be responsible for driving process improvements, implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and developing strategic plans to achieve operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in operational transformation, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving change management initiatives. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are essential for this role.

Responsibilities include:
  • Developing and implementing operational excellence strategies to drive process improvements and increase efficiency
  • Leading the implementation of Lean Six Sigma methodologies across the organization
  • Collaborating with senior stakeholders to identify business priorities and develop strategic plans to achieve operational excellence
  • Managing and facilitating Continuous Improvement initiatives and strategy
