Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Support Professional to join our team. As an Automation Support Professional, you will be responsible for handling full sets of accounts, including AP, AR, and G/L. You will also handle SQL accounts system, perform monthly bank reconciliation, monthly analysis, daily cheque issuance, and daily collection.

You will submit management reports as per deadline and update monthly ageing report. Additionally, you will assist your superior as required and perform any other ad-hoc assignments when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle full sets of accounts: AP, AR, and G/L
  • Handle SQL accounts system
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliation, monthly analysis, daily cheque issuance, and daily collection
  • Submit management reports as per deadline
  • Update monthly ageing report
  • Assist superior as required
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments when needed

Requirements:

  • Min. education requirement: LCCI or Diploma
  • At least 1-2 years' experience in related field
  • Proficient Communication Skills in Mandarin (must)
  • Aggressive and committed to work
  • Attention to detail
  • Good Time Management Skills to meet deadlines
  • Positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility
  • Able to start immediately or within short notice
