Fairwork is seeking a highly skilled Finance Executive to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for administering the full spectrum of finance and accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Reporting: Prepare month-end closing and financial reports within set deadlines, ensuring accurate and timely submission.
- Payroll and Compliance: Handle payroll and yearly statutory reports, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Audit and Tax Support: Provide support for audit and tax requirements, preparing reconciliations and liaising with external auditors and tax agents.
- Cash Flow Management: Supervise quarterly and annual account reconciliations, monitor compliance with financial reporting standards, and assist with cash flow forecasting.
- Strategic Planning: Analyze company performance, create strategic business plans based on financial forecasts, and conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
- Education: Diploma or degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 2 years of working experience in the accounting field.
- Skillset: Well-versed in Microsoft Excel and Accounting systems, proficient in written and spoken English, with Mandarin as an added advantage.
- Personal Qualities: Attention to detail, ability to stay organized, and meet various deadlines.
