Employee Experience Coordinator

We are a forward-thinking organization seeking a skilled HR professional to lead our talent acquisition and development efforts. This role will involve managing our recruitment processes, developing training programs, and promoting a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate shortlisting, and interview coordination.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Monitor staff attendance and leave management, including verifying medical certificates.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure effective workforce planning and resource allocation.
- Develop and implement initiatives to improve workplace culture and diversity.
- Coordinate logistics for office events, including team-building activities and client appreciation events.
- Book hotels and flights for staff travel.
- Ensure timely replenishment of office supplies and equipment.
- Arrange for external maintenance services, including air conditioning, plumbing, and window cleaning.
- A degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field is desired.
- 1-3 years of experience in an HR administrative or generalist role, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
