Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Sales Assistant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining showroom standards, and assisting with sales transactions.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Outstanding Customer Service: Engage with customers, understand their needs and preferences, and provide expert advice on our range of motorcycles, parts and accessories.
  • Support Sales Transactions: Assist the sales team in managing sales processes, handling paperwork, and explaining product features to customers.
  • Maintain Showroom Presentation: Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing, showcasing our products in the best possible light.
  • Develop Product Knowledge: Attend product training sessions and participate in product demonstrations to stay current with the latest motorcycles, parts and accessories.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in sales, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the motorcycle or automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • A genuine interest in motorcycles and a basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and sales software.
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when required.
