Courier Industry Sales Leader

Job Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned sales professional to lead our telesales team and drive business growth. As the Telesales Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, developing sales strategies, and providing coaching and training to enhance performance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of telesales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to improve performance and increase revenue.
- Provide coaching and training to team members to ensure they have the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed.
- Monitor team performance and conduct regular performance reviews to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
- Report on team performance, sales data, and trends to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telesales or sales management, preferably within the courier or logistics industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop action plans for improvement.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve targets and drive results.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience leading a telesales team.
- Knowledge of the courier or logistics industry is a plus.
- Strong understanding of telesales techniques and strategies.
