  • Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand workforce needs, develop targeted hiring plans, and ensure alignment with business goals.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, or a related field and at least 6 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on IT and technical hiring.
