This role is for a marketing professional who speaks Mandarin. As a Marketing and Events Executive, you will be responsible for working with the marketing team to achieve marketing objectives, contributing new ideas and helping to plan marketing activities.
You will also be involved in event research, planning, development, implementation on time and on budget, as well as event follow up, debrief and analysis.
Additionally, you will nurture new event leads and manage them within the database, project management of each event to ensure it is planned and executed well, supplier and cost management, contribution to budget planning, monitoring ongoing spend and delivering the best possible ROI for events.
Inter-department collaboration coordination to ensure success of events, analyzing competitor feedback, course counselling, attending to student enquiries and follow up conversion, supporting other team members to achieve the goals of the department.
You will work closely with the creative team, marketing team, and other stakeholders to brainstorm ideas, provide creative input, and contribute to a collaborative and innovative work environment.
