Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the retail and F&B industry, as well as expertise in business development and sales leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business growth strategies for Qashier's Retail Payments division.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, driving referrals and supporting the sales team in closing deals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Operations, and Finance, to ensure alignment and execution of growth strategies.
- Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to drive growth and expansion in the Fintech sector.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or merchant acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with expertise in merchant acquisition and business development.
- In-depth understanding of the retail, F&B, beauty, and payments landscape in Malaysia, including market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address challenges and propose actionable solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required.
