As a Business Operations Coordinator at FIBRO ASIA SDN BHD, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales and administration team. Your primary responsibilities will include order processing, customer communication, and data tracking.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Processing: Assist the sales team by processing customer orders, preparing quotations, and ensuring that all order details are accurately entered into the system.
  • Customer Support: Serve as a point of contact for customer enquiries. Address customer questions or issues related to products, orders and services in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales Documentation: Prepare and maintain sales related documents such as invoices, purchase orders, and contracts. Ensure all paperwork is accurate and filled correctly.
  • Sales Follow up: Track and follow up on pending sales leads, orders, and deliveries. Ensure that all sales activities are completed on time.
  • Reporting: Assist in creating sales reports by collecting and organising sales data, such as revenue, customer feedback, and product performance.

The ideal candidate should possess strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Experience in customer service, office management, or sales coordination is highly desirable.
