Insurance Claims Analyst

This role involves providing technical support to the team and assistance to the team leader by being the subject matter expert on claims process handling.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day claims management from different lines of business.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of insurance guidelines and policies.
- Adhere to local and international regulatory requirements.
- Built relationships with stakeholders and manage Co/RI claims submitted by different intermediaries.
- Work alongside LOB managers in implementing and maintaining claims management strategies.
- Act as an escalation point for customer complaints.
- Collaborate with the team to support distribution partners and drive process improvements through negotiation and dispute resolution.
About You:
- Relevant experience in General Insurance claims handling is essential.
- Management of complex and/or high-value claims requires strong analytical skills.
- Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience is required.
