Job Title: Conveyancing Lawyer

We are seeking a skilled Conveyancing Lawyer to join our team at Messrs PHANG THAM TEOH & CO (PTT). As a Conveyancing Lawyer, you will be responsible for handling all conveyancing works, including SPA and LOAN, and liaising with agents, banks, and developers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle all conveyancing works, including SPA and LOAN
  • Liaise with agents, banks, and developers
  • Ensure timely and efficient completion of conveyancing tasks
  • Provide excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be well-organized, responsible, and able to multitask
Requirements:
  • 1-4 years experience in conveyancing portfolio
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin
  • Able to attend weekend signing (allowance will be provided)
  • Resourceful and proactive with a good and positive attitude
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be well-organized, responsible, and able to multitask
