Job Description

As a Telecommunications Business Growth Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and developing strategic partnerships in the telecommunications industry. Key responsibilities include:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets, while maintaining a deep understanding of the market and competitors.
  • BUILDING AND MAINTAINING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY STAKEHOLDERS, including current and prospective clients, partners, and suppliers.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and developing proposals to address client needs and preferences.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that client needs are met and exceeded through proactive communication and follow-up.

About You:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or related field, with 5-8 years of sales experience in Enterprise Business (EB), dealer/trade agent channels, or SME account management.
  • Strong drive to achieve sales goals, excellent hunting skills, and ability to develop and grow new business opportunities.
  • Skilled in establishing and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders, with a proven track record of sales success.
  • A team player, effective communicator with good interpersonal skills, and strong analytical skills to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
