Job Description

This role requires an individual who is passionate about the beauty industry and has strong retail sales and/or service history. As a Brow Expert, you will be trained and certified on the unique skillset of brows & facial waxing, makeup application techniques, tips & tricks, and exposed to a wide range of makeup products.

The ideal candidate will have a pleasant disposition and well-groomed appearance. They must be comfortable in face-to-face engagement, self-motivated, and possess a strong passion for working in the Beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate brand's makeup products & services
  • Market & sell brand's products & services
  • Build and maintain good relationships with customers, store managers, and cast members
  • Engage customers in a productive discussion to address skin concerns
  • Perfectly identify customer's skin condition and recommend the right products
  • Host/organize occasional workshops or parties for customer engagement
  • Perform only Benefit approved and trained services offered on service menu to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Arrange appointments for return services
  • Maintain counter cleanliness
  • Ensure top selling stock are not facing low or out of stocks issues; shelves are fully stocked at all times
  • Adhere to hygiene standards of the brand
  • Ensure Benefit uniform is worn and full makeup is always applied during work hours
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Proficiency in English (spoken & written)
  • Strong retail sales and/or service history
  • Comfortable in face-to-face engagement
  • Self-motivated individual who possesses a strong passion for working in the Beauty industry
  • Pleasant disposition and well-groomed
  • Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Basic makeup application knowledge
  • An aesthetician or waxing license is an advantage
