Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team at Claritas Consulting Asia.

  • This role involves providing general IT support, managing assets and inventory, troubleshooting office infrastructure, and ensuring IT security compliance.
  • You will be responsible for resolving technical issues and requests, managing login access to systems and applications, and performing regular IT security patches and system upgrades.
Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Resolve general IT requests and issues within the company.
  • Asset Management: Manage, maintain, and monitor IT assets and inventory.
  • Infrastructure Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and monitor office infra and appliances.
  • Login Access: Manage login access to systems and applications.
  • Security Compliance: Ensure IT security compliance on infra, application, data, backup, and disaster recovery.
Requirements
  • Education: Preferably graduates from computer science, computer engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in system administration, IT technical, and/or support role.
  • Skills: Familiar with Microsoft 365 and Windows OS configuration, maintenance, monitoring, network protocols, mail server, DNS setting, file sharing, firewall, router, and printers.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge in business software, digital, and social platforms is an added advantage.
