Job Description

As an International Business Expansion Specialist at EB Frozen Food Sdn. Bhd., you will be responsible for formulating and executing business strategies to attain sales and profitability targets while optimizing expenditure.

  • Create actionable plans for effective international sales lead generation and prospecting, fostering productive relationships with key distributors within the assigned region.
  • Provide distributors with technical and marketing information, including delivering proposal presentations, and oversee overall sales operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Grasp and provide insights into category-specific landscapes and trends, reporting market-specific observations.
  • Lead and guide a team of sales executives in establishing infrastructure and systems to bolster the sales function's success.
  • Collaborate across various business departments to drive multifunctional initiatives, conducting research to identify potential customers and market opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher with a minimum of 3 years' experience in Business Development, preferably in the F&B industry and/or export market.
  • Confident, vibrant, and pleasant personality, willing to travel internationally.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Excellent verbal and digital communication skills (English and Mandarin required, additional languages a bonus).
