Key Responsibilities

  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in our manufacturing processes and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of quality professionals to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that quality and food safety standards are met.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that our manufacturing processes comply with all relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 8-12 years of experience in a quality engineering or food safety role in the FMCG, food, or process industry.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good communication and networking skills, and the ability to perform effective risk assessment and evaluate impact to business.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of quality and food safety standards and practices (ISO/FSSC 22000, IFS, HACCP, GMP).
