Job Description

The Executive Office Coordinator will provide high-level administrative support and relationship management to the CEO of ACE EdVenture Group. This role involves working directly with the CEO, liaising with senior management teams, and fostering healthy relationships with business partners.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on behalf of the CEO.
  • Maintain an organized calendar for the CEO, including scheduling meetings, appointments, speaking engagements, and travel arrangements.
Required Qualifications
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in business, public relations, marketing, administration, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience as an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant/Relationship Manager or similar role.
