Customer Success Executive

About the Role:

ParkIt is a peer-to-peer parking platform dedicated to delivering exceptional value to our customers. Our team plays a critical role in building long-lasting relationships with clients.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Success Executive to join our team. In this role, you will source new leads, onboard customers, and proactively support clients. You will assist with troubleshooting, help ensure customer satisfaction, and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expand market presence by onboarding new owners
  • Assist in onboarding new customers, providing resources and guidance
  • Monitor customer health by analyzing usage data and identifying potential issues or areas for improvement
  • Respond to customer inquiries and support tickets, escalating complex issues as needed
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure customers receive necessary support
  • Conduct customer outreach to gather feedback and suggest improvements to internal processes
  • Attend customer calls and meetings to learn how to manage client relationships effectively
  • Contribute to reports and track key performance indicators for customer success metrics
  • Participate in team brainstorming sessions to enhance the customer journey and drive satisfaction

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree or higher
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic office tools
  • Prior experience in customer service, retail, or a customer-facing role
