Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Engineer to join our team at PureCircle Sdn Bhd. As a key member of our Project Engineering department, you will be responsible for managing CAPEX projects, plant extension, and implementation improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  1. CAPEX Project Management

    Review and analyze capex proposals, recommend for approval, and manage projects from implementation to completion.

    • Monitor progress, track costs, and report to stakeholders.
    • Liaise with Finance Department for payments to suppliers, contractors, and consultants.
  2. Plant Extension and Implementation Improvement

    Lead continuous improvement initiatives, recommend innovations for plant operations, and determine plant capability to produce new products.

    • Analyze project completion to identify operational issues and implement improvements.
    • Manage cost estimation and feasibility studies for new projects.
  3. Supplier and Contractor Management

    Establish supplier and contractor accreditation, review contract agreements, and manage compliance through regular audits.

    • Support commissioning of brown or green field projects.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil).
  • Experience in Project Engineering in a manufacturing environment.
  • 3-5 years managing CAPEX projects or large-scale projects.
  • Experience in Food Manufacturing/FMCG is an advantage.
  • Willingness to work in Bandar Enstek, Nilai.
