Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and administering site office facilities maintenance and daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient customer service and daily task supervision to address complaints and grievances of a complex old building.
- Status report working across with Site Stakeholder especially Maintenance Ops and End Users to close grievances and discuss proposed Capex or expenses items.
- Ensure and maintain a safe and conducive working environment.
- Manage all vendors with respective committee and stakeholders.
- Manage hostel maintenance and upkeep.
- Hygiene & Cleanliness of the Office Building & Canteen and Miscellaneous Buildings at Site to ensure compliance with Food Safety Industry.
