Customer Support Manager

The Customer Support Manager is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the order to cash process. This involves executing and managing orders via our ERP System, communicating effectively with customers, and ensuring accurate invoicing processes.
Key Accountabilities- Order Execution: Execute and manage orders (order to cash) via ERP System, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Customer Communication: Develop strong relationships with customers, providing timely updates and resolving any issues that may arise during the order execution process.
- Internal Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize internal processes to reduce lead times, minimize errors, and improve overall efficiency.
- Inventory Control: Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing stock discrepancies.
- Claims and Invoicing: Manage claims from external suppliers and Alfa Laval's ACT claims system, ensuring accurate invoicing processes.
