We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our customer support team. As a Support Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring that support SLA and KPIs are met.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to lead, coach, and monitor team performance while driving goals and resolving customer issues effectively and efficiently.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills are essential in this role, as well as excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts in business terms.

In addition, we require someone with strong leadership skills who can identify improvement opportunities and share innovative ideas for business process improvements.

Familiarity with MS SQL Server and T-SQL is mandatory, while knowledge of the maritime industry or experience in IT Support for the maritime industry would be advantageous.

This is a full-time Associate-level position within the IT Services and IT Consulting industry.
