Job Description

This role involves delivering exceptional customer service to all consumers in StarHub. The objective is to provide timely and accurate information, support and troubleshooting for all StarHub services via phone calls or emails.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide dedicated customer care support for general enquiries, billing and technical issues related to all StarHub consumer services.
  2. Handle customer inquiries on StarHub's products and services in a professional manner, ensuring accurate information is given to enhance customer experience.
  3. Respond promptly to customer requests via phone calls and emails to improve customer satisfaction.
  4. Ensure escalated queries are handled efficiently.
  5. Collect feedback on customer needs and channel it to Management for service enhancements.
