How You Will Contribute

You will contribute to the success of our projects by implementing effective project management systems, ensuring quality and safety standards, and communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Organize and implement project management systems, construction plans, and construction schemes;
  • Design and Construction: Review design and construction drawings, verify engineering lists and issue material lists, and address drawing reviews and change negotiations;
  • Quality Assurance: Dynamically adjust project management plans according to implementation situations, ensuring quality, progress, and safety;
  • Communication and Coordination: Communicate and coordinate with clients, supervisors, and various departments to ensure project success;
  • Resource Allocation: Reasonably allocate resources such as personnel, finance, and materials for the project;
  • Project Closure: Follow up on project debugging, acceptance, and completion settlement;
  • Additional Tasks: Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or above in a related field, preferably construction, environmental protection, dynamic, electrical engineering, automation, etc.;
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD, Project, Office software, and other relevant tools;
  • Experience: At least 8 years of experience in on-site construction management, preferably in mechanical and electrical installation or HVAC engineering for industrial projects;
  • Skill Set: Strong coordination and communication skills, as well as strong organizational abilities;
  • Certifications: Ability to control construction quality, inspect, and monitor all related work on the project site;
  • Priorities: Strong sense of work responsibility, good teamwork spirit, and communication and coordination skills.
