Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Financial Planner to join our team at Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd (F&N). As a key member of our finance department, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and implementation of our financial plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to determine and support financial analysis needs
  • Develop and lead the implementation of financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to inform commercial decision-making
  • Manage financial aspects of programs by analyzing key drivers, identifying opportunities for improvement, and presenting recommendations to optimize revenue, margins, and profitability
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, including variance analysis, profitability analysis, and pricing analysis, to drive business insights and recommendations
Requirements
  • Degree in accountancy or other recognized professional accounting qualifications; ACCA, ICAEW, MICPA, or CIMA
  • At least 5 years of experience in finance, with a focus on commercial finance, financial planning, and analysis, or business partnering
  • Budgeting and forecasting techniques
  • Pricing strategies and revenue management
  • Good understanding of investment analysis, market trends, and consumer behavior insights
  • Awareness of cost-benefit analysis principles
  • Proficiency in SAP, Excel, PowerBI, and PowerPoint
