  • Benchmark and design benefit programs across APAC, including medical & risk insurances, employee perquisites and allowances, expatriate benefits.
  • Provide optimal benefit funding strategies and leading risk management solutions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues from Human Capital and Risk Capital teams to deliver comprehensive benefits solutions.

Requirements:

  • Degree in any relevant discipline.
  • At least 3-5 years relevant industry experience, e.g. regional benefits and/or employee's insurance consulting experience.

  • Multi-country expertise of local market statutory, market practice, and best practice conditions.
