- Sales and Customer Service: Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new members, provide exceptional customer service, and promote club services.
- Member Experience and Community: Support team members in delivering outstanding member experiences, address concerns and emergency requests with urgency, and foster relationships with community influencers.
- Working with Others: Collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives, contribute to the development of effective marketing campaigns, and support Club Managers in managing whole club performance.
- Key Skills and Qualifications: 2 years of customer service experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for the fitness industry.
- Preferred Qualifications: Education: High School or Secondary school diploma equivalent; Experience: 2 years in customer service roles such as retail, hotel, or restaurant or sales-specific experience.
