This exciting Supply Chain Manager role involves oversight of the entire supply chain for fresh milk, from production at our dairy subsidiary to distribution to commercial customers. You'll design and implement supply chain strategies to optimize production scheduling, storage, and distribution processes.

You'll work closely with sales and marketing teams to predict demand and align supply planning accordingly. Additionally, you'll track market trends, consumption patterns, and production capacities to adjust forecasts and ensure timely delivery.

  1. Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of the end-to-end supply chain for fresh milk, from production at our dairy subsidiary to distribution to commercial customers.

  • Effective management of inventory levels to balance supply availability with market demand, minimizing waste and ensuring product freshness.
  • Implementation of inventory control measures to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce losses.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
  • Serving as the primary liaison between the production subsidiary and commercial teams.
  • Collaboration with suppliers, distributors, and logistics partners to streamline operations and resolve supply chain challenges.
Performance Metrics and Reporting:
  • Development and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provision of regular reports and insights to senior management, recommending improvements to processes and systems.
  • Identification of opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions within the supply chain.
