  1. Equipment Support and Development: Provide technical support and guidance to equipment sites, evaluating and resolving issues, and implementing improvements.
  2. Process Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement global business processes, ensuring efficient and effective manufacturing operations.
  3. Vendor Management: Work with vendors to address manufacturing issues related to spares delivery, quality, performance, and organizational change.
  4. Project Leadership: Lead and coordinate priorities and activities to accomplish project tasks, balancing business process improvements and system enhancements.
  5. Process Efficiency and OEE: Supervise process efficiency and equipment Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), identifying opportunities for improvement.
  6. Metric Tracking and Benchmarking: Track metrics for benchmarking performance, identifying and sharing Best Known Methods (BKMs) across sites.
  7. Software Support: Provide support for Test Equipment Operating Software and software releases.

  11. Travel and Collaboration: Occasionally travel to support relevant projects and deployments, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
