About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Technology Governance and Controls team. As Associate Director, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of our technology risks and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to manage technology risks and ensure compliance with ISO27001, SOC2, and other relevant standards.
  2. Lead the ISMS management review meetings and ensure timely status updates to management.
  3. Coordinate the annual SOC2 Type 2 audit and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Provide audit and assessment support to ensure the effective management of technology risks.
  5. Collaborate with GIS functions teams and other Group technology teams to support the lifecycle of audit and assessment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in technology governance and risk management.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO27001, SOC2, and other relevant standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
