RHB Banking Group is seeking an experienced Equity Fundraising Manager to join our Equity Capital Markets team.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading the preparation of equity fund raising proposals, advising on offering structure, pricing and timing, and identifying vendor blocks for disposal or source for blocks of shares on behalf of interested investors.
Key responsibilities include managing the book-building/placement process of equity fund raising exercises and/or the sell-down process for block trades, as well as developing and maintaining relationships with clients and other key stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the book-building/placement process of equity fund raising exercises (IIPOs, follow-on offerings) and/or the sell-down process for block trades
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and other key stakeholders
- Contribute to business development initiatives and help drive growth
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed
