Role and Responsibilities

The Supply Chain Controller plays a vital role in managing and controlling inventory levels, ensuring accurate reporting and analysis of inventory movements, and coordinating physical inventory counts. The successful candidate will also be responsible for documenting scrapping inventory processes and serving as key user and process owner for inventory management and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform checking, analysis, and reporting for inventory movement types on a monthly basis
  • Conduct analysis and reporting on scrapping of inventories, inventory adjustments posting, and inventory variances/differences
  • Coordinate year-end physical inventory count and ad-hoc physical inventory count
  • Document the scrapping inventory process
  • Serve as key user and process owner for inventory management and maintenance

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting or Business Administration
  • Preferably with working experience in manufacturing environment and MNC, especially in inventory management and FTA
  • Able to efficiently carry out routine tasks of standard reporting and process documentation
  • Apply strong analytical skills to evaluate financial data
  • Team player, proactive, highly motivated, self-driven, result and future-oriented
  • Good communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Integrity as independent inventory controller role
  • Cost awareness mindset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel/PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with financial IT-systems or other digital tools is an added skill
  • Striving for continuous improvement and process optimization
  • Proficient in English language, both in writing and oral
