The Record-to-Report (RTR) team is responsible for streamlining processes and delivering insights that drive informed decision-making. As a key member of this team, you will be supporting all General Ledger and Reporting related activities, ensuring service delivery in accordance with SLAs/KPIs and quality review.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the Manager in identifying areas for process optimization and conducting quality reviews to ensure adherence to defined policies and procedures.
  • Perform multiple accounting tasks, including reporting and master data transaction processing, while investigating, resolving, and escalating issues promptly.
  • Maintain working knowledge of regional VAT/GST regulations and their applications.
  • Lead process improvements for managing intercompany and fixed asset transactions, focusing on continuous improvement and ensuring accurate execution within budget.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting or professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CPA).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in GL and reporting processes with in-depth knowledge of legal/regulatory requirements.
  • Experience in Oracle ERP / Oracle Fusion will be an advantage.
