We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality field service solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and Execute Field Service - Plan and execute all required activities for field service, including receiving inspection survey assignments and communicating with project managers and leads.
- Timely Onsite Preparation - Ensure timely onsite preparation and shipping of inspection tools and equipment to workshops or other sites in cooperation with supply chain and shop operation.
- Coordination and Planning - Coordinate and detail time planning of required personnel, equipment, and mobilization, including travel and accommodation details.
- Safety and Quality Assurance - Facilitate all pre-job safety meetings with clients and contractors, perform HSE risk assessments onsite, and output reports as part of deliverables.
- Bachelor's Degree - Possess a bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline, preferably electronics or mechanical.
- Work Experience - Have 1-2 years of working experience in inspection of piping, storage tanks, and pressure vessels, or fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Travel Requirements - Be willing to travel more than 80% throughout the year and adapt to frequently changing schedules and tight timelines.
- Language Skills - Possess excellent customer relations skills, proficiency in English language, and good written and verbal communication skills.
