About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Administration Specialist to join our dynamic team at Tiong Nam Logistics Solutions Sdn Bhd. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of payroll processing and human resources administration to support our growing organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations, as well as excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. Proficiency in human resources and payroll software is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll accurately and on time, including calculating wages, deductions, and benefits.
  • Maintain and update employee records while ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Monitor and verify staff attendance reports.
  • Manage staff personal files and organize relevant documentation.
  • Provide support and guidance to employees on payroll and HR-related inquiries.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement HR policies and initiatives.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and conducting data analysis.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR Payroll Executive role.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processing, HR best practices, and labor laws.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Proficiency in HR and payroll software (e.g., HRMS, payroll systems).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines.
  • Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
