HR Leadership Opportunity:

M K Land Holdings Berhad is seeking an accomplished HR leader to serve as the Head of Group Human Resource & Administration. As a key member of the Senior Management team, you will be responsible for driving the company's people agenda and contributing to business growth.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing effective HR strategies that drive business results. They will also possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:Strategic Management
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's vision and mission.
Human Resource Management
  • Lead the recruitment, development, and retention of high-performing teams.
  • Design and implement talent management strategies to attract and retain key staff members.
Communications
  • Develop and communicate management advice and guidance to ensure successful implementation of HR strategies.
Operational
  • Maintain best practice HR policies and procedures that comply with statutory requirements.
  • Provide support in managing manpower planning, organizational development, compensation, and benefits.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in a senior HR generalist role, preferably in property development.
  • Strong strategic mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Solid knowledge of employment legislation and best practice HR management.
