  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, R&D, and production teams to develop and implement quality control systems and processes.
  • Quality Audits: Conduct internal audits and manage external quality audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.
Qualifications & Competencies:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or materials science.
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience working in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate technical information effectively.
  • Six Sigma Certification.
