About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior/Senior Financial Executive to join our team at Hirehub Management Sdn. Bhd.

  • Key responsibilities:
  • • Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements for clients, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • • Analyze client financial reports and budgets, providing insightful recommendations for improvement.
  • • Manage accounts payable and receivable for clients, ensuring efficient cash flow management.
  • • Reconcile client account balances and bank statements, identifying any discrepancies or errors.
  • • Provide expert advice on tax compliance and planning, helping clients minimize their tax liability.
  • • Assist in preparing documents and schedules for client audits, ensuring seamless audit processes.
  • • Support auditors by providing necessary information and documentation.
  • • Process payroll for client employees, ensuring timely payment and compliance with employment laws.
  • • Ensure client compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.

About you

To succeed in this role, you will require:

A diploma/bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software, with a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues.The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.English language proficiency, with Mandarin language skills being an advantage.
