Job Description

The Support & Maintenance Manager – Non Unix will be responsible for leading a team of engineers to plan, coordinate, and execute preventive maintenance activities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and have excellent leadership skills.

Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with Technical Leads to plan resources for Preventive Maintenance activities.
  2. Assist in monitoring incident ticket status and ensure timely resolution.
  3. Coordinate multiple teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  4. Review and submit incident reports in a timely manner.
  5. Plan and assign tasks to engineers with the necessary skills.
Requirements
  1. Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
  2. Minimum 8 years' experience managing a team in an IT environment.
  3. Ability to configure and design infrastructure solutions.
  4. Good knowledge in IT troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
  • MS Windows OS, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Hyper-V, SQL, SCCM, SCOM etc.
  • VMware vSphere, vCenter, SRM, HA.
  • HP or IBM Servers, Blade Servers, Storages.
Preferred Minimum Certifications: MCITP, MCTS, MCSE, MCSA.
