Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Align the outcomes of the Audit Universe, Risk Assessment, and Audit Planning methodology and processes with the Bank and GIA strategy to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of GIA's coverage across the Group.
  • Develop and influence GIA to improve the consistency and quality of reporting through data-led analysis and insight.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to inspire and engage all teams to develop a continuous improvement mindset for risk assessment, reinforcing its value and purpose.
  • Develop report writing skills and visualisation skills of the team through coaching, mentoring, and training.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in auditing or risk management backgrounds.
  • Strong understanding of risk management framework in financial or banking institutions.
  • Strong data analytics and visualisation skills and the use of PowerBI, Tableau, or similar tools (i.e., not just Excel) for storytelling of insights to colleagues.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or Business (e.g., Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management, Statistics) is preferred.
