Administrative Support Lead

Key Responsibilities
- Procurement Strategy: Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to optimize costs, quality, and delivery times for office supplies and services.
- Inventory Control: Implement and maintain efficient inventory control systems to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Vendor Partnerships: Establish and maintain strong partnerships with key vendors, negotiating prices, quality, and delivery schedules to meet business needs.
- Administrative Services: Provide exceptional administrative support to the Manager and team members, including preparing travel arrangements, processing expense reports, and coordinating events.
- Facilities Maintenance: Ensure the office environment remains safe, clean, and well-maintained, performing regular inspections to address any issues promptly.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, operations management).
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address operational inefficiencies.
