Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Secretarial Officer to support our business operations at 1company. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled administrator to take their career to the next level.

**Key Duties:**
  • Prepare board resolutions and minutes based on portfolio requests
  • Handle routine company secretarial work, such as preparing resolutions and updating registers
  • Communicate directly with clients on compliance matters
  • Maintain statutory records and lodge documents with relevant authorities


What You'll Need:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Corporate Administration or Business Administration
  • In-depth knowledge of Companies Act 1965 & 2016
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in corporate secretarial roles
  • Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional language skills are advantageous
